Introducing Tech Connect – managing your infrastructure just got easier. Our Managed Services offerings enable our clients to solidify an annual IT budget based on a monthly fee cycle. Each Managed Service is customized and can be tailored to fit the need of the client and set of office devices. Depending on the contracted service each client is able to connect with a tech to resolve problems before they escalate into bigger issues. Standard Services
If you don’t feel like managed services is for you or would prefer to pay for time-and-materials billing you can still work with the technologyville staff. Tech Connect Client is our standard service package and is active for all of our Unmanaged Service clients. It is a no-cost service and provides a solid core infrastructure from which to expand. We work with either internal or external IT departments on projects to offload their bandwidth or implement complex migrations that they do not have staff with sufficient qualifications to complete. Our technicians are happy to come onsite to provide an assessment of the infrastructure and to recommend improvements that can better stabilize your IT.
